The restaurants Il Piccolo Principe 2 Michelin stars and Regina are perfect locations where you can taste excellent dishes while enjoying the view of the seafront, the sea of the Versilia, or the Apuan Alps.

The “Il Piccolo Principe” restaurant, boasting two Michelin stars, is open from 8 March to 31 October 2019.
From 8 March to 31 May and from 18 September to 31 October it is open for both lunch from 12:30 to 14:30 and dinner from 20:00 to 22:00.
Closing days: Monday and Tuesday.
From 1 June to 17 September it is only open for dinner from 8:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
Closing day: Monday.

The exclusive hall on the fifth floor or the areas on the roof garden, by the pool, are suggestive environments where you can be captivated by chef Giuseppe Mancino’s cuisine, by interesting tasting menus, and by an unparalleled selection of wines.
The “Regina” restaurant is open for lunch from 12.30 pm to 2.30 pm and for dinner from 7.30 pm to 10.00 pm. Reservation is required.
We kindly ask our guests to follow our dressing code, which is beach robe for women and mandatory t-shirt for men. Sea slippers are allowed.
Next to the two restaurants, the Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte has other exclusive areas where you can relax, have a good drink, and taste local specialties.

The “Bar Hall” is open every day from 11.00 am to 11.00 pm with a traditional bar menu of the Versilia accompanied by cocktails prepared by the barman.
The “Pool Bar” is the refined poolside area on the panoramic terrace. It is open every day from 11 am to 7 pm during Summer. Many cocktails are served accompanied by snacks such as crisps, olives, and peanuts.
Breakfast is instead available as an intercontinental buffet from 7.30 am to 10.30 am.
The ‘Piccolo Principe’ restaurant, 2 Michelin Stars, offers an exquisitely refined cuisine that is enriched and set off by a well-stocked wine list that can be appreciated either inside the elegant and exclusive restaurant room or outside on the bright roof garden and by the pool. Piccolo Principe is open to hotel residents and non-residents alike.
The traditional cuisine served in the Regina Restaurant is accompanied by a selection of fine wines to be enjoyed in the elegant and exclusive ground-floor room or in the Veranda overlooking the promenade on sea. Also available for events and ceremonies.
Giuseppe Mancino was born in Sarno (SA) in 1981. After attending the Hotel School of Salerno, he began his professional career in prestigious hotels and restaurants, and in 2005 arrived at the Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte as chef of the restaurant “Piccolo Principe”.
The “Il Piccolo Principe” and “Regina” restaurants stand out for the menus they offer which feature the traditional cuisine of Versilia and Tuscany, as well as modernised reinterpretations. The menus are distinguished by fresh seasonal products in keeping with the extraordinary standards of our chef.
The Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte Wine Cellar houses up to 800 labels of prestigious wines which are predominantly Tuscan, but also non-Italian and originating from all other Italian regions.
The Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte has two bars, an outdoor bar in the summer on the delightful terrace with panoramic views and swimming pool, and another in the piano lobby where you can relax with a drink at one of the tables in the elegant salon or in the beautiful area behind the windows that directly overlooks the Viareggio promenade.
