It is located on the veranda of the ground floor which overlooks the beachfront promenade of Viareggio inside the iconic Liberty Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte.

Giuseppe Mancino was born in Sarno (SA) in 1981. After attending the Hotel School of Salerno, he began his professional career in prestigious hotels and restaurants, and in 2005 arrived at the Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte as chef of the restaurant “Piccolo Principe”.
