Massimo Bartolucci is originally from Piombino (LI) and was born in 1973. In the early years of his career his training would take place between Italy and abroad, partly in Germany, but especially in England where he had the opportunity to work at the Waterside Inn, a prestigious Michelin three-starred restaurant ranking among the top 4 restaurants in the United Kingdom.
Having returned to Italy his experience would lead him to the historical and award-winning "Sole di Ranco" and Relais Chateau on lake Maggiore and subsequently to "Villa Crespi" by Antonio Cannavacciuolo whose restaurant in only three years achieved first one and then two Michelin stars. Massimo's growth continued with experience in Japan and recognition as best Maitre d Hotel in 2008 according to a web survey promoted by the website “Altissimo Ceto Viaggiatore Gourmet”.
Then his return to Tuscany would take him to "Magnolia dell’Hotel Byron” where during his service there, the restaurant would achieve a Michelin star. At Piccolo Principe, Massimo hopes to be able to offer his entire experience to the guests to make every single occasion a special and unforgettable one.
