Born in Versilia in 1982 and having a deep knowledge of the tastes and needs of a clientele exclusive and international, Michele Forasiepe is the new restaurant manager of the Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte.

Thanks to his all-round passion for food and drinks Forasiepi has worked over the years with grand hotels, independent or members of chains, in Italy and abroad, continuing his training and thereby gaining a diploma as a sommelier in June 2014 from the Florentine section of the Italian Association of Sommeliers and at the end of the same year a masters in food & beverage management from the Luiss Business School in Rome.

Thanks to his perfect synergy with the chef Giuseppi Mancino of 'il Piccolo Principe', our starred restaurant in Viareggio, Forasiepe is ready to offer new ideas for continual improvement, while maintaining unchanged the high-level tradition which makes the Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte exemplary for the organization and management of banqueting for distinguished customers.
